Leading senior care provider, CareOne, felt a duty to lead the way in reassuring patients and families that it was safe to continue receiving the care they needed during the most trying early days of the Covid-19 pandemic. We helped them deliver their message compassionately and authentically.

Rufhaus developed a CareOne Covid-19 response in the form of an interactive digital publication addressing the safety questions and concerns from professionals, patients and residents. The platform provided users with a visually engaging content experience, making a difficult topic simple to understand. The information was presented factually but also connected with readers on an emotional level, establishing CareOne as their trusted partner during the pandemic.
